Seems like headset is out of my ear. Be careful. Don't try to talk with it when you face a wind (beach, for example). Sometimes the song is too low, even when you keep volume higher. This product seems to be small, but it isn't. Also, all the included earbuds does not fit well to me.

Look elsewhere. Overpriced bluetooth. Never got it to work quite right and did not solve the problems I bought it for.

It was making contact. I was unable to have the caller hear me 75% of the time. It also did not come with different sized ear buds or ear pieces as adveretised. I returned the device. I read the user manual and went to support on line. The only reason given was that the device was not making contact with my face.

Just wanted to state that Sonya was extremely helpful in getting my order to me, as apparently the automated system was showing the order as sent to USPS for delivery, however, I never received it.Sonya express shipped my item to me - got it two days later - and I love the unit.Thanks Sonya

I am not a heavy user and there may be some technique that I am missing to make it fit better. Amazingly the headset sounds good even when it feels loose. It does not work with my MacBook Pro (Bluetooth Audio Fails Error) but works great with my iPhone. The audio quality of this headset is better than any other bluetooth headset I have tried. The fitting of the headset is challenging, because the behind the ear brace has a tendency to pull the ear piece away from my ear canal.
